Before you start
What happens after the free trial?
When your seven days end, you're billed $44.99 a year, or $4.99 a month if you chose monthly. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page on the web. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. The first chapter of every book plays free, no account needed. A free account adds one whole book from a pick of five.
Who are the narrators?
One voice reads each book from start to finish. Nathaniel, a British voice, reads most of the library; on a few titles you can choose Amelia, an American voice, instead. Don't take our word for it: the first chapter of every book plays free.
Are the books complete?
Yes. Every book is unabridged: every chapter, read from the first line to the last.
Is there anything for kids?
Yes. Children's Classics is a whole shelf, every book unabridged with read-along text, so children can follow the words as they listen. Subscribers can download them for the car.
